10. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment confirmation, the purchased Product will be delivered digitally.

Delivery may be made by one or more of the following methods:

a. access through your Account on the Website;
b. a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout;
c. access from your order history or download section.

In most cases, Products are made available shortly after successful payment confirmation. However, access may be delayed due to payment checks, technical issues, email delivery delays, security reviews, system maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for checking your email inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and Account download area after purchase.

If you do not receive access to your Product after completing payment, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

11. Download Access

Purchased Products may be downloaded from your Account and/or through the download link sent by email.

Unless otherwise stated, you may access and download your purchased Product at any time while your Account remains active and the Product remains available on the Website.

We recommend downloading and saving your Product to your own device or secure storage after purchase. We cannot guarantee that all Products will remain available indefinitely, especially if a Product is discontinued, updated, removed for legal reasons, affected by technical issues, or unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may apply reasonable download limits, access controls, file protection, or security measures to prevent misuse, excessive downloading, automated scraping, unauthorised sharing, or resale.

12. Download Links Must Not Be Shared

Your Download Links, Account access, and purchased files are provided for your personal use only, unless a separate licence expressly states otherwise.

g. bypass download limits or security controls; or
h. use technical tools to extract, copy, scrape, or redistribute Products.

If we detect unauthorised sharing or misuse of Download Links, we may suspend your access, close your Account, disable the relevant links, refuse future Orders, and take legal action where appropriate.

13. Permitted Use of Products

16. Coloring Pages and Completed Artwork

You may color purchased pages for personal enjoyment.

You may share photos of your completed personal coloring work on social media for non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not share the original uncolored file, PDF, printable page, or Download Link.

When sharing completed personal artwork online, you must not imply that you own the original line art, illustration, or Product. We may ask you to remove content that misrepresents ownership, shares our files, or breaches these Terms.

You may not sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit completed versions of our coloring pages unless you have obtained our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only a limited licence to use purchased Products in accordance with these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Drawiso.

19. Digital Content Cancellation Notice

Because our Products are digital content supplied by download or electronic access, special cancellation rules may apply.

By purchasing a Product and requesting immediate access, you agree that:

a. the Product may be supplied before the end of any statutory cancellation period;
b. you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery;
c. you acknowledge that once digital delivery begins, download access is provided, or the file is made available to you, you may lose your right to cancel the purchase, except where required by law; and

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where the digital content is faulty, not as described, not supplied, or otherwise required to be remedied by law.

20. Refunds and Faulty Digital Content

Refunds for digital Products are limited because Products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase.

We may refuse a refund where:

b. the Download Link has been sent or made available;
c. you changed your mind after purchase;
d. you purchased the wrong Product by mistake;
e. you no longer want the Product;

e. account access assistance;
f. partial refund; or
g. full refund, where required or approved.

To request help, contact [email protected] with your order number, email address used at checkout, description of the issue, screenshots if relevant, and any error messages received.

21. Account Closure by You

You may request closure of your Account by contacting us at [email protected].

Before requesting Account closure, you should download and save any purchased Products that you wish to keep. Closing your Account may limit or remove your ability to access your order history, download files, receive updates, or retrieve Download Links through the Website.

We may need to retain certain information after Account closure where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing, or regulatory purposes.

Account closure does not cancel completed Orders, remove your responsibility for past breaches, or grant permission to continue using Products outside the licence terms.

22. Account Suspension or Closure by Drawiso

We may suspend, restrict, or close your Account if we reasonably believe that:

a. you have breached these Terms;
b. you shared, resold, uploaded, or distributed Products without permission;

d. your payment was fraudulent, reversed, disputed, or unauthorised;
e. you abused refunds, chargebacks, discounts, promotions, or support systems;
f. your Account creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
g. we are required to do so by law, payment provider rules, or legal request; or
h. your conduct may harm Drawiso, other users, or third parties.

Where appropriate, we may disable Download Links, refuse new Orders, cancel pending Orders, remove access to Products, or take legal action.

23. Product Updates and Changes

We may update, improve, correct, replace, or remove Products from time to time.

Product updates may include corrections, design improvements, file optimisation, page adjustments, compatibility updates, or replacement files.

We are not required to provide updates for every Product or to notify all users of every change. If a purchased Product is updated, access to the updated version may depend on technical availability, Account status, and the nature of the update.

We may discontinue a Product at any time.

24. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Website may be unavailable due to:

We may restrict access to the Website, Products, payment options, or downloads in certain countries, territories, or regions where required by law, sanctions, payment provider rules, or operational limitations.

You must not use the Website or purchase Products if doing so would breach applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or restrictions in your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders, close Accounts, or block access where we reasonably believe that a transaction or user is connected with a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction.

29. Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, sales, or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, usage limits, product exclusions, account restrictions, or regional limitations.

We may modify, withdraw, or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.
